Automatic Screw Packaging Machine
Screws/screws are placed into the chambers on the turntable in the feeding unit of the Screw Packing Machine by hand. The screws poured from the chamber are adhered to the bottom with the help of the collar pipe and the products reach the jaw group. With the help of the jaws, the bottom sticking of the product takes place and the mouth sticks and takes the form of a pillow package.
In the machine with automatic feeding option, the screws cast into vibration are arranged one by one with the help of vibration and transferred to the magazine unit. The screws arranged in the magazine unit are poured in the desired number into the chambers on the turntable, and automatic feeding is achieved. The screws poured from the chamber are adhered to the bottom with the help of the collar pipe and the products reach the jaw group. With the help of the jaws, the bottom sticking of the product takes place and the mouth sticks and takes the form of a pillow package.
